Based on our survey results, the summary of the feedback on our question “What did you like the least about our stream?” is, 80% said nothing, none, and N/A which means that they liked our stream and they think that our stream met their expectations already. 4% said that our stream was a bit laggy and someone suggested that we use other platforms. Another 4% said that we could be a bit more energetic. Another 4% said that we had some internet problems and background noises. Another 4% provided that they didn’t like the part when it’s all just talking.

Based on our survey results, the summary of the feedback on our question “If our streaming needs improvement, what can we do to make it better?” 20% said that we need to improve on the interacting part, use other platforms, have a little tech check, and have a better sound and mic quality. While 80% said that N/A which means they have no other suggestions for improvement.

 

We can conclude that the majority of our viewers said that there is nothing to improve on but the area of opportunities for our stream is to use other platforms for our stream not to lag. We will also exert a lot of energy, and make sure that there would be no internet problems and no background noises on the day we would have a stream. We will also try to focus more on the game and lessen the chatter.
